Do you use fragrance oils?

Our products are only scented with essential oils. We do not use frangrance oils. In addition we do not use synthetic colorants. Products we offer are only colored with plants and herbs.

Do you use animal products in your soaps?

We do not use animal fats in our soaps. Our products are 100% vegan we do not use any animal products.

Why did my order not arrive in 2 days if I have two day shipping?

Shipping time is in addition to our processing time which is currently 3 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently do not ship internationally. We hope to make this available in the future.

Help! my package arrived damage/ has the wrong or missing items?

Please contact us via the contact page and we will do our best to make things right.

How long are your soaps good for?

Our soaps are good for 6-12 months in it’s original packaging. After about six months the color and fragrance may begin to fade however the soap will still work effectively.
