Returns and Damages 

Due to the single use nature of our products we do not offer returns. Please inspect your product upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us here so we can make it right. Customers may contact us about any order within 30 days of delivery and we will complete a resolution within 14 business days of your initial email to us.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping.

If your order was refunded, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
