Shipping Information

At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

All orders will be shipped through USPS or UPS. 

Standard Mail transit time: 3-4 business days

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at sales@merveillux.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped we are unable to update the address.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.

Combining Multiple Orders

We automatically combine all orders that are placed to the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer for us to not combine your orders, please let us know!
